Lincolnshire Environmental Group and BBC Radio Lincolnshire. Focusing creation
care in the Old and New Testaments, the course challenges churches to join
together in acting locally and thinking globally. A Season of Creation provides biblical, liturgical, and preaching resources that focus on the story of Earth. It is committed to a ministry of healing Earth, in partnership with Christ and creation. The site offers a list of readings for the Season of Creation, celebrated during the four Sundays in September prior to the Feast of St Francis of Assisi (October 4), and corresponding bible studies for each year of the three-year cycle. Each text is explicitly connected to the gospel and readers are encouraged to consider the biblical text from the role and perspective of the Earth “Theology and the Environment” is a study by Eco-congregation which explores the concept of creation care as articulated in scripture. Two sets of studies on Old and New Testament texts by Eco-congregation intended for House Groups interested in Christianity, environment and ecology.
